
This templated program is based on observations and experiences I’ve had over years of teaching, it’s pre-constructed and can be personalised.
It was made for aerial students and performers, fellow climbers and people who simply want a strong, endurant and mobile upper body.

This program will benefit the person who
-
Aims at gaining overall strength and conditioning specifically in the top half of their body,

Wants to feel confident lifting in a gym or at home but doesn’t know where to start or what to do,
-
Is practicing pole dancing, aerial sports, climbing or simply not moving much and would gain from cross-training,
-
Has been practicing the same sport/mouvements for a while, wants to optimise their physical abilities and manage the risks of injuries.

How it’s built

2 weekly workouts of 45-90 minutes:
The difficulty and volume can be adjusted to suit different levels, schedules and training cycles.

3 cycles lasting from 16 to 22 weeks:
The duration of the cycles can vary:
Cycle A (4-6 weeks): resetting globally,
Cycle B and C (both 6-8 weeks): gradual progression in strength and power.

Equipment needed:
A set of dumbbells (>3kg), bands (+15kg), a pole/pull-up bar/rings, or a gym membership.
Some exercises can be done on pole, an horizontal bar or rings.

Tools at hand:
A spreadsheet available in french or english to track your progression and stats,
The exercises are demoed/explained in english with adaptable subtitles,
Direct messaging for tips and feedbacks on your best (and worst) recordings.
