PERSONAL COACHING

This individualised coaching is for anyone who wants to work on the whole deep health spectrum: training, food, habits, stress, sleep, mindset etc while being guided and having someone to refer to.

There are absolutely no knowledge or equipment requirements, beginner, athlete or performer, we start from where you are.

​​

Training is done in autonomy, we chat via messages and calls, you’ll find your program, videos and extra resources on a dedicated app.

We meet

Our story starts with a (free) call, to meet and see if I’m the right help for you. During that time I’ll ask many questions and you’ll tell me all about you, your goals, wishes and possible limitations.

We assess and plan

Once we’ve assessed your goals and current mobility, I’ll build a program that will evolve with you. This is also where we start deep diving in your current eating and sleep habits.

You do the work

Once you have all the tools, it’s time to get started. Follow the plan(s), practice and learn as you do. We chat whenever you need it on top of our monthly call.

Carry on and enjoy

It won’t be easy everyday and your role will be to trust the process, I’m here to guide you through the storms. As time passes and practice is made, your new baseline should feel coherent and satisfying.

8 month engagement

 

For the person who begins, 

who’s building up in (almost) everything, and for whom I’m there close to daily for support and assistance.

It’s the first step towards autonomy, the pace and my presence are adapted to your needs.

120€/month

6 month engagement

 

For the person who’s autonomous, feels at ease by themself and who needs me from time to time (in addition to the regular check-ins).
